When I look at what makes Mystic Fest interesting, the variety immediately stands out. The event brings psychic readers, tarot readers, mediums, energy workers, healers, spiritual practitioners, and metaphysical vendors together under one roof. Visitors interested in receiving a reading can explore the different readers and schedule sessions directly at their booths. If there is a specific reader you want to see, the organizers recommend signing up early. I think this setup also gives newcomers a chance to walk around, talk with practitioners, and find someone they feel comfortable working with.
Shopping is another big reason I think Nebraska Pagans will enjoy Mystic Fest. Metaphysical events give small businesses and independent creators an opportunity to put their products directly in front of people who understand and appreciate them. Mystic Fest runs Saturday, October 3, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, October 4, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $5 per day, children 10 and under are free, and parking is free.
